Im losing my patients not with any of u everyone here has been very help but these mfs chats on the support page r useless i ask the bot direct me to a agent and it said it couldnt despite doing it yesterday im about to commit if i lose 8 years of Microsoft plus my passed on eldest brother 7 years pass to me is gone

okay so by reinstatement form i assume you mean account recovery correct?

If so you get an automatic email conformtion and a reply with in a few days. If its been 3 weeks then you have not sumbitted it correctly

or used a other email

Support can not recover your account for you has its your infomation you need to provide for secuirty all they will do is link you to the support pages https://www.bing.com/search?PC=U523&q=how+to+reciover+an+xbox+account&FORM=ANAB01
