#Signed me out, removed profile and will not let me sign back in.

Hello, recently I have had this issue where randomly one day it signed my profile out and removed it from the console entirely. When I went back to the menu and tried to add new, it does the loading screen and then goes back to the home menu without showing anything else.

I have tried unplugging it, doing a hard shutdown, and also using a different wifi network entirely. Please help me as I do not know what to do.

Tried restarting router and not much results, will probably contact xbox support soon
