my keyboard would always be plugged in but not give an output, its a small ish company so when I put the name (alpheriorkeys) there is no videos to help and stuff and it always says how dm them on instagram or twitter and still won’t reply so I’m looking for people just to like see if they have the same keyword or if they have the same issue and they found the solution or something cause I’m looking for help or something like that yk

idk what happened sometimes when I reset my Xbox or something that I can’t remember, but basically like most time like when you just smash some keys on the keyboard like it would stop giving an output
