Got a used Xbox one and it doesn’t turn on and I hear something moving inside when I shake the console
Do I have to something to turn it the first time or is it broken?

U can take it to a game shop and have it serviced at ur own risk.

Make sure it's plugged into power supply and connected to TV or monitor via hdmi

If u press it then it should turn on
U could also try do a hard reset and plug power directly into a wall outlet

The thing is that the shop sent me photos of the Xbox working fine
And it’s the exact same serial number and everything
