bug in cloud gaming friend's pass in ln 3

so a person invited me to play little nightmares 3 with me but i couldn't accept their req fo reason. we both were playing through cloudgaming and that person had a higher tier of gamepass i guess so they owned the game. but when they sent me a request i wansn't able to accept even though i could cloudgame the friend's pass version. can anyone please help
