Huh this is a weird one
I was taking a look, and it seems like this is a bug in the update.
I don't know how to fix this.

I was forced to buy a GameSir G7 se
I exchanged it at the store.
Previously I had a hall effect
Then I updated it and the same problem occurred.
I switched to this new one, updated it, and the same problem persists as with the previous one.
Here I am now, waiting for my GameSir G7 to arrive.
If this update affects my GameSir, I honestly don't know what to do.
I literally traded my PS5 Slim for a Series S.

Apparently its the update recalibrateing the stick dead zones so try to change you dead zones on your controller if it happens again
You will find the settings for your controller in the Xbox accessories app

And this "dead zone" thing doesn't appear in the settings.

However, it is only possible to calibrate the analog sticks.
