Controller not turning on

I have an Xbox elite series 2 controller and it just stopped working not powering on at all i’ve tried different cords plugging it into the wall and into my Xbox as well. every time I plug it in it vibrates and then I hold the button to turn it on and it just vibrates twice and nothing else happens

I’ve tried searching around. I can’t find anything on this. My controller is updated to the latest firmware from my Xbox.
