I'm having issues i couldn't connect to my microsoft account yesterday when i wanted to get my bitlocker key (i was in a loop until i tried With another phone) but now it's even worst on the xbox app it tells me that the account isn't the same as the store account
even tho it is the same account
so now i can't purchase using the xbox app so i purchased a xbox game pass on the official web store but in the app i have nothing saying i have the game pass

sounds like your signed into the microsoft store with a differnt account than the xbox app.

sign out and sign back in with the same/right account.
i only have one account on my pc and one microsoft account in general
i already tried that i even deleted the xbox app

BUT i can lunch my already installed games
right now i'm playing MSF24 but i'm worried that i get sync issues
there is nothing wrong with having a differnt account for store puraches, you will not have sync issues
