Hi all, how long (usually) does it take to receive the code for an Xbox Gift Card once redeeming your rewards points in-app?

I've done it a lot. Usually I get them within 5-10 minutes, but I have had a couple of times where it's taken hours, even the next day

Keep in mind those, Xbox gift cards aren't sent as codes. They automatically deposit the amount in your account

Yeah. They should still send an email to let you know they did it.

While I’m waiting, anyone have any insight as to why when I press “Confirm” on the redeeming page, nothing comes up and my points bal doesn’t change?
