Xbox series x crash issue

Its a bit weird question buy yesterday i was playing on my series x dying light deifnitve edition and when after launch at loading screen it crashed and i came to the main menu this happened again when i tried to close the game but it directly kicked and throw me to xbox main menu. Is this natural or console related issue also once my home screen freeze in dead island 2 game as well when my friend was trying to play co op with me like trying to join. Are those all console problem?

Games crashing or not responding happens it does not mean there is an issue with the console. Just hold the power button for 10 seconds abd restart should fix.

I had this one's wen we bought a second hand one there was still warranty on it so we returned it and so sude you it's a defective product don't try to fix it your self by Opening then you can't send it back and get a new one

Nah it doesnt happen with other games

Also for this game it just happens when you wanna enter the game thats it

But inside game everything is fine

We could play a few 2 like the crew 2 but wen we tryde other games like the crew motorfest it always crashed add the intro or wen booting up a different game most load but then Crash every time

If this keeps happening and like removed the game reinstalled it and it's also happens in different games then connect to the seller and see if they can check it
