#Need help with verification

Every time I try to verify it just, doesn’t work? When I show my face it just says it failed to confirm my age, and when I attempt to use my phone number, it just kicks me back to telling me what to do

Please help.

Not using pay as I go nah, is that the issue? I need to be paying for that?

so the point is to verify that your over 18 A pay as you go phone would not do that just like a debit card wouldn't. However a contract phone or a credit card would show your over 18.

a contract mobile would be fine so you can select the mobile provider option if your mobile is contract

Hm, gotcha, I don’t think I have that though so, I presume phone won’t work then for now, and I dont have a credit card or ID

But even then face estimation isn’t working

If that's the case then you would need to use ID like a passport or Driving Licence,

The face ID all we can advise there is to make sure your in a open space with normally lighting and you removed any headware or glasses

However not verifying, does not stop you playing
It just Limits communications to friends only
and you can not use LFG

My only issue is not being able to access discord calls on Xbox anymore

I contacted live support yesterday and they said I should contact Yoti themselves to try fix this problem

everything is above if you can not use one methord then there is more than one to use.

Xbox can not fix it that the AI Yoti uses can not read your face

Again this does not effect gameplay it just limits social features like party chat to **Friends only **
