Just got a brand new Series X digital, after upgrading from a Series one S. Under parties and chats there's legit no button for discord. Not to be snarky but I have spent the last 5 hours trying to fix this and its driving me insane. I have made sure the accounts are linked correctly, multiple times, I've hard restarted, Powered down, all of it, still not even an option to open discord to join a call. Do I need to return my xbox? Any ideas? I'm lost and REALLY do not want this to have been a waste of money.

I have an i mean this in no rude way at ALL, but i have checked EVERY setting probably 30 times now, as well as restarted, tried asking xbox support chat and they say it's not an xbox issue its a discord issue, like I am so ready to give up and return it cause it feels like there was no point to getting this thing at all anymore

Well I don't think you need to return the Xbox. It shouldn't be a hardware issue. This is obviously annoying though, no doubt about it.
I'm curious if you also disconnect from Xbox on the Discord side too
Like making sure they are both disconnected completely, then reconnecting from the Xbox side

Oh yeah I’ve done that a couple times completely disconnected everything just to try and reconnect again and unfortunately nothing
