#Xbox support is a brick wall

My 11 year old Xbox account just got hacked, they changed the password, switched the email, and removed my phone number so I am completely locked out. I tried contacting Xbox support but it just sends me to an AI that is basically a brick wall, looping the same useless responses and web links that go nowhere. The recovery page says enter your email to recover your account, like no duh, if I lost the account I obviously do not have access to the email anymore. I have just been getting sent in circles with no real human help. If anyone in here has actually recovered a hacked account before, please tell me what worked because I really need some help, it’s especially annoying since me and my younger brother practically have had a minecraft server together for about 6 years now, and all of it is gone because the support is just useless.
