Yesterday, February 22nd, 2026, I made a purchase totaling 100 Brazilian Reais. The products were DLCs for a game called Snowrunner. When I entered the game, I realized that the DLCs weren't showing up because I bought the Windows 10 version and not the version that can be played through xCloud. In the meantime, I also bought the game for Windows 10, even though I wanted to use xCloud. Talking with some members on Discord, they advised me to request a refund. Having done so, I researched the correct way to request a refund, made the request, and less than 15 minutes later I found that all refund requests had been rejected.

You can try suport but typoically if it's been denied there's nothing you can do.
