#Can’t save Privacy settings

I’ve been unable to play with my friend on PlayStation for the last 4-5 days because my Xbox won’t allow me to use Discord. I’ve tried changing my privacy settings on my console itself, the Xbox app & on Xbox.com but while it lets me changes the settings it never saves them.

In all my time using Xbox I’ve never dealt with this problem & I don’t know why it would be happening now. My account is not a child account, I’ve removed my fiancé’s account from my Xbox family but nothing is working.

Help would be very appreciated.

Are you trying to change a very specific setting? or are you attempting to change your privacy age group (child, teen, adult)

Change a specific setting so I can use Discord, the setting that allows me to communicate with PC or PlayStation Users, but whenever I change the setting it never saves

Can I check the country my account is set to on my console? I checked it not too long ago on the Microsoft site o line & it was set to UK but I changed it back to NZ. & yes, this started happening because it was prompting me to verify my age, but the age tied to my account was already old enough since I’m 25 which I found weird because I’ve never had to do it before. It would get stuck in a loop of asking me to follow the link to verify > get told by the link that everything is okay & it was fine to close the window > getting asked to verify my age again. It sorted itself out after a day or so but this settings thing still isn’t working, I was hoping it would sort itself out too.
