#Invisible main menu on Xbox Series X (EA FC 26)

Good afternoon,

I purchased the game from a website (I’d rather not mention the name, but it starts with “e”). I bought a EUROPE region game key and activated it on an Xbox Series X (I selected the Xbox Series X|S category when purchasing). After activating it, I successfully received the game and downloaded it. However, when I launched it, the entire main menu and everything else became invisible.

I don’t know how to fix this. I have already reinstalled the console itself and the game twice.

Does anyone have any ideas?
