i was trying to play an old xbox 360 game on my one x but when i try to use my account it says that it failed and that i need to reinstall it or smt can someone help me

not all 360 games can be played on xb1 or newer consoles. only games that r backwards compatible can be run on last gen and current gen consoles

did you redownload your profile though the xbox 360 guide has it tells you too?
