So when I turn it on it shows the Xbox like turn on intro then it says like hello (Sam) then my profile pic right next to it. So that’s happens and it just is a gray screen and the only thing I can do is turn Xbox off, restart it and turn my controller off. I looked for solutions but have found nothing.
