#Age verification help

I’m trying to go into Roblox but when I try joining a game it says I don’t have access to and I have an Xbox account on my Microsoft pc and it tell me to verify my age and when I have it my passport and Face ID for the verification it just says error something went wrong and can’t verify age so I can’t play Roblox at all and I need help

Xbox pls fix this it’s getting annoying
