@eternal crane Thanks for posting! Please remember, support here is volunteer-based and not official. Be patient after posting, and don’t spam or ask in other channels.
If your issue is about accounts, billing, contact Xbox Support directly.
If your issue is related to an Enforcement action, no one here can help.
To help us help you, make sure to answer:
- What did you try to do and what happened? (Be specific—mention your Xbox model, PC version, Insider ring, or anything relevant.)
- **What have you tried to do to fix it already? **(List everything you’ve done to fix it.)
- Have you searched the error code or for similar problems? (Tell us what you found.)
If you don’t answer these, you might not get a response.
@eternal crane yo try asking this same question to ai it will give you a detailed answer on how to fix it i checked it out now!!!
Tried that too
ohhh. so none of the solutions you tried worked?
Reset your alternate mac address. If this does not work try to reconnect you wireless Internet or use a cat 5 or 6 Ethernet cable
Nope
Ohh okay no worries you can try what Killer suggested above and see if it works!!!
Have you done this and if so what parts https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-network/connect-network/upnp-not-successful
thanks for putting the official article @icy plume !! i was finding that right now!! really glad you did it!!
All of those steps
I happy to try to help but your going to have to be alit more open and provide info so we can help you.
have you tried port forwarding
Yes
okay and how did you do it
I read online though that AT&T does not allow UPnP so could that be the problem?
Through my router software
okay do you have only one console ?
Yep
Somthing is going on with your router it sounds like you done something or have not set up port forwarding correctly. Other than that all I can advise is may reset your console and router or contact your ISP
