Every time I’ve joined a party for last three months, it doesn’t let me hear or speak and has the darkened profile picture (like that of when you are in gamechat), before it kicks me after a few seconds telling me there is a problem with my network. My NAT is open and I’ve ran all tests on my Xbox and say my network is fine.
What can I possibly do?

I’d happened randomly one day.
I’ve tried literally everything, I’ve spoken to my internet provider to open ports, I’ve reset my Xbox, I’ve restarted my Xbox, I’ve tried different networks. I’ve tried different DNS settings. I’ve reset MAC addresses
I also tried my account on somebody else’s Xbox, who uses the same internet as me. On their account, party chat works fine but when they signed onto my account and tried to join a party, the same issue persisted.
The error codes I’m seeing once disconnecting are 0x89240001 and 0x89240011, it varies between these two. The research I’ve done on these codes are pretty much telling me to do stuff I’ve already done, which obviously hasn’t worked.

I don't think it's on your end. This happens to me and several of my friends. It genuinely picks on someone and randomly kicks them from the party and when they join back they seem to be in game chat. It's been months now that this issue hasn't been fixed, which is crazy because it used to be perfectly fine
