Could someone help me, I play on xbox one, and all my games keep crashing, I don’t know how to use tech that much, all i wanna do is play Minecraft and my other games without it crashing on me, its been buggy for 3 days now, I really need some help.

I tried restarting my xbox several times and it still wouldnt let me play my games, I tried searching for help, like this youtube video for frozen xboxs, I didnt really understand it but I tried my best, It still didnt work.

- Do a full power reset
• Turn off your Xbox completely
• Unplug the power cord from the back
• Wait 30 seconds
• Plug it back in and turn it on
This clears small system glitches.

Check for system updates
• Press the Xbox button
• Go to Settings → System → Updates
• If there’s an update, install it -
Check storage space
If your storage is almost full, games can crash.
• Settings → System → Storage
• Make sure you have at least 10–20 GB free
Settings → System → Console info → Reset console
Choose “Reset and keep my games & apps”
