So I got a Xbox One x in 2018 but for some reason game disc won't install but did everything I was suppose to but nothing works and I need help if you had this happen to you tell me what to do please and thank

its a pretty big download. its like what 100 gigs? i usually turn it off the console and do something else for a hour or two. i have my power settings set that i can push downloads and updates over night when im sleeping

Ok thanks for your help I have had this happen to me for 5 years with a lot of other games and didn't know what to do

also did u test other discs and or dvds. if u having the same issue then more than likely its the disc drive/laser reader

Dying light GTA 5 and assassin's Creed and there is more don't work and DVDs work

if a drive dont work it should affect both game discs and dvds

I had some people tell me what to do and the thinks that is weird and me do different things

no, the drives are dual layered its very posable for the DVD laser to fail but not the Blu Ray or vice Versa
