#Avowed laggy or stuttery

Hello guys, i am playing avowed but this first time I believe in console i felt like stuttery like a pc i dont know using 30fps mode didnt got any clue that this game has this issue by watching digital foundry, so anyone got insight about it please let me know if this game has got this issues or is it my console
