I have Game Pass Premium, and when I try to run a game on my PC, it says I have to "log in to the account I used to buy the game," even though the game is on Game Pass.

What game is it? Game Pass Premium is primarily for console. So it'll depend on the game as to if you can play it on PC

Can Game Pass Premium only be used on console? I thought it could also be used on PC.

Only games that is play anywhere on premium can be played on pc I think.
