Last year I got 13 refunds, (i know thats a lot, I do have crzy adhd and keep buying games I dont need and then when Im on Meds i regret buying them) and I am mighty scared that I will get banned, I am not trying to fraud microsoft or anything... does someone know if im in trouble? They just told me my account was flagged. And they were investigating it. I was never ever being malicious.

It doesn't matter the intent. 13 refunds in a year is excessive. You're really only meant to get 1 maybe 2 a year. Refunds are really only there for the case of if you buy something and it doesn't work for some reason.

If they're investigating it, it doesn't necessarily mean you'd have a strike. You can also get banned without having any strikes.
