@rocky zephyr Thanks for posting! Please remember, support here is volunteer-based and not official. Be patient after posting, and don’t spam or ask in other channels.
If your issue is about accounts, billing, contact Xbox Support directly.

To help us help you, make sure to answer:
- What did you try to do and what happened? (Be specific—mention your Xbox model, PC version, Insider ring, or anything relevant.)

- Have you searched the error code or for similar problems? (Tell us what you found.)
If you don’t answer these, you might not get a response.
The Xbox model is a white Xbox One, the controller model is a Xbox series wired controller
I have tried switching out the cords, and multiple ways to fix whate stick drift it could be
Does it do it in a game
That is also a common symptom of left stick drift
So far it's only happened in cassette beasts, specifically when opening the map or trying to select something in the menu
Never usually with like, movement or anything
Yep that's drift I recommend cleaning your controller before gets worse. If it gets to bad then get a new one. But you can also try to repair it yourself but it requires a cottoring iron and a new joystick module.
