#i can't log into my account error (0x89235107)

i searched on forums and tried the programs > advanced options > repair button, i tried this with the xbox and gaming services apps,
i tried uninstalling both apps and reinstalling them, both of these things didn't work,
i also tried waiting some days to see if it gets fixed by itself or by some update, but it didn't and it works for other people

Is it a login issue like not remembering a password, password change or not receiving a verification code for MFA
Is the email attached to the account accessable
login issue, it's been like days
i can't send images but it says something like "We were unable to sign you in to Xbox Live"
Ok humm.. is network connection strong
yes, i use ethernet
everything is on green except games & gaming
and xbox log in (pc) seems to work for everyone except me
Anything in your PCs settings that could be causing an issue
Like active firewalls
i truly don't know what to do, i watched a lot of tutorials with no luck
This issue is odd and irregular. Not a problem I've seen nor experienced before
