As the title suggests, I accidentally enabled two-factor authentication (2FA) on my account, but I have since forgotten my password. The phone number linked to my account has also been changed since then. I have contacted Microsoft support multiple times through their ticketing system, providing my account details and proof of ownership, but my requests are not being processed successfully. This account has been mine since childhood, and it contains numerous achievements, saved progress in various games, and several in-game purchases, including rare skins and exclusive items. I am deeply concerned about losing permanent access to it. I am seeking advice on any possible methods to recover my account, such as account recovery forms, identity verification procedures, or alternative options. I have been patient and persistent, but the prolonged inability to access my account is causing significant stress and frustration. Please assist me in recovering my account, as I am eager to regain access to all my saved data, purchase history, and in-game content. I would genuinely be grateful and happy to restore my account.

Accounts with 2 factor can not be recovered. If you lost access to your phone number you can authicate using email or the recovery code you set up. If you have a trusted device and know the info you can also update it using the trusted device

I've used my recovery email to try to access it i put in recovery tickets and to no avail.

I'm desperate to recover my account there has to be a way for me to get it back, I have proof of purchases on the account, I recently just upgraded my console to the Series X, and I cant log into my account.

the only thing I think is holding me back is the fact that my phone number was changed since then, and I dont remember the number.
