For the past 30 days, I have been unable to launch major titles including Forza, Call of Duty, and Resident Evil.
Notably, Diablo 4 functions correctly, which indicates a specific failure within the Xbox Gaming Services/DRM handshake rather than a general hardware or network issue.
I have already exhausted all standard and advanced troubleshooting steps, including:
Registry (regedit) modifications and Gaming Services repair.
PowerShell/CMD prompts to reset the Xbox App and Gaming Services packages.
A full Windows In-place Update.
Standard cache clearing, reinstalling, and account re-syncing.
Despite these efforts, the service remains unusable. I have now lost an entire month of my subscription attempting to fix a software fault that only occurs within the Xbox ecosystem.
