banned with no enforcement actions

Title says its what it is. For some reason when i try to sign in on xbox app it says every account is suspended. I used chatgpt to help me trouble shoot and event went as far as removing all xbox related things from the device and reinstalled them.

ive been trying to use the chat bot and it has been 0 help so please dont send me to the link below
