Lately I have been having issues launching certain games and apps and I have tried resetting my alternate Mac address, hard reset and a full system restart. The problem still continues. This has been going on since Saturday Jan 24. I'm currently reinstalling a game I've had trouble launching right now in an attempt to fix it. I'm aware that there is an outage on the Xbox support site for syncing issues related to backwards compatible games but all my games and apps are having issues. Some help would be greatly appreciated.
