#My Xbox is super dusty, what can I do?

My Xbox (one) overheats about every hour or so and just looking at it I could tell it was 90% dust, The dvd slot is super dusty, the top vents and side vents are dusty aswell, Just looking for tips to clean out the dust or at least make it breathe again
