#Can I get Minecraft without the code on a second-hand Minecraft Xbox One S?

Hi there, I recently bought a second-hand Minecraft Xbox One S Special Edition. The console came with the original packaging, but unfortunately, it didn’t include the game code for Minecraft.

I haven’t checked yet if Minecraft is pre-installed or if I can download it from my library. I’m just wondering if there’s any way to still get the game without the code, or if I’ll need to buy it separately.

Has anyone had a similar experience or found a way to access the game if the code is missing? I’d appreciate any advice!

Most likely the game was claimed. But you can check in the settings, under account, “Included in console bundle”

If it’s a code, and you don’t have it, then you can’t redeem it. You have a cool themed Xbox.

Hi there! I had an Xbox account that was made in 2019, around 2023-2024 I haven't used it and did not delete anything about the Xbox app and the account too. But suddenly it can't be played on, the account was not found, and I lost years of achievements and progress. I hope you guys can help me because I put all effort into that. Thank you
