For some reason my Xbox Series X isn't reading that I put in the data disc after installing the key disc. It just says insert 2nd disc even though it's inserted.

Not that I am aware of. I was still trying to get it to work it and I think I got it qued to start. I also had another game set to install. Some how the install on both got paused and I just clicked resume all but I don't want to close this or mark it as solved just yet. I have to wait a few hours and check if anything installed.

No it's the data disc. I installed the key disc already that was the play disc.

u could always install via mobile app. or get another copy to see if its the install disc is bad.

I will try that if it is. Right now I still have 1 hour and 34 minutes for the other game before it to finish installing first. Then I'll check it and see if it reads other discs. I have some blu ray movies I can use to check as well to rule out any errors with reading discs.
