#Can't Install/Download/Update games in the PC Xbox App

The title says it
Here is what I already tried:
Gaming Service Reinstall (using the powershell command)
Delete Gaming services/net from registry
Change region
turn on location
set region and time zone to set automatically
In-place upgrade (reset the pc without erasing personal files/apps/settings)
sfc /scannow and the dism command

I have been going back and forth from Xbox support team, to 4 different chats in microsoft support
these people from that support cant help me
I was wondering if real gamers could help me please

Just in case
I have xbox PC game pass

error code is 0x87e00196 every time i try to download/install/update a game in the xbox app

I have also tried logging off and on again

I FIXED IT
go to settings>apps>gaming services> terminate> repair> reset
