I set up an Xbox account on my Xbox One in late 2015 with my law firm email address. I moved states, in 2019, so I no longer work there, but I know all the info to the Xbox account (Email, phone number, gamertag, games we played, password, etc.) When I try to log in, it says “fix this on the web.” It then proceeds to tell me the account is not active. How can I recover the Xbox account? Or at least transfer the Xbox account to a new Microsoft account? I have been using my personal account for the past seven years, but I would really like to be able to log in to the account. Thanks!
