#Rewards points redemption issue - League of Legends 575 RP

Whenever I try to redeem 6500 points for 575 RP in League of Legends I get a confirmation that I'll receive an email.
No points are subtracted from my total, no reward is given and no email is received.
This has been going on for months.

Is the issue on my end or is reward redemption just broken
