So I've been trying to play with my friends on minecraft but it hasnt been working but I've finally figured it out but it's not letting me submit my settings on the microsoft thing. Sorry if I'm bad at explaining, but if someone were to help me i would be really thankful

So far to fix this problem I've already changed my age to be above 18, so I'm not sure if this is a user issue or a system issue. I dont know why else it would be showing an error to me
