Not showing the troubleshoot Menu

I was doing the offline Update then my Xbox crashed it turns on but its not showing the trouble shoot Menu I switched hdmi cabels and tvs too i plugged it in my moms tv too still dosent work so it like turns on for some time then the Xbox button starts blinking an it turns of while Not showing the trouble shoot Menu

PS:I’m on a Xbox One S
