If you don’t answer these, you might not get a response.
I did a connection test it showed low upload speed
I tried connecting a Ethernet cable it didn’t do anything
There’s no error code for it
Whats low?
What are you expecting?
What are you comparing with ?
Comparing a wifi connection on your pc to your movile network is not a fair test they 2 differnt networks unless your using the same but you gave 0 info
The upload speed
A higher speed
A mobile pc and other console all have higher upload speed when testing on the same connection
How much are you paying for? Like on your Internet subscription how many Mbps are you expecting to get? And the speed you have on your console? Try connecting your Ethernet cable on different ports on your router. If that doesn't work try with another Ethernet device. If the speeds are higher it's your console, if it's averaging the same speeds it's your Ethernet cable
And also try wireless with both Xbox and your phone to see if it's the router or not.
It’s the Ethernet cable
Then replace the cable, also 1 last question, what category is your cable?
Idk doesn’t even have a category
all ethernet cables will have a category, for example cat5e or Cat6. It should not matter though the cat isn't really relevant to what your asking unless your using a cable that is super old in regards to xbox the lower Cat5e will be fine.
