My Xbox one s turns randomly off during the offline Update I know its supposed to restart but it wont restart

So i plugged the usb in the Xbox one S and it Shut down complettley mid update

I tried it just stops every time and the errorcode is Ether E101 E102 or E109

Yes I searched but for everyone it worked

why are you using the OSU to begin with you need to explain the full story so we have the infomation to assist.

The Problem is now fixes but now the Xbox wont turn on

I changed tvs hdmi cables etc it still wont work it turns of its on after a few min it starts blinking and turns of
