i download fc5 free trail on UBISOFT connect, after that i bought a game pass in outlook email, i opened xbox app and try to open it, everything is good, i download Fc5 again and assassins creed, assassins creed opened with no issues with full version but FC5 doesn't open with full version
when i open my library in UBISOFT connect it's shows TRAIL

I'm in supported region and it's available to play
when i press the button STREAM
my screen become black for few seconds and bring me back in game page
