Can't get into my xbox account.

Hey so as of september 2025, Microsoft for some reason said there was a problem with my account. So, i checked to see what was the issue. And they said they detected suspicious activity on my account. I tried to put in my information but the problem is the email i have tied to my xbox account is an old yahoo email, that has been deactivated. So I can't get in to see the verification code they provided me. I submitted a recovery form to switch my email multiple times on the website. put in the correct information that was on my account, and the Xbox network device ID, and still can't get any help.

I honestly don't know what to do. I don't want to want make a new account cause I've had this one since i was a kid. I really need help getting this back cause every time i submit a recovery form Microsoft still rejects it even though i put it in every each of information I know.
