#Need help on issues regarding the microsoft store.

Hi there,

Microsoft currently has a holiday deal going on their Xbox Microsoft store for the Xbox series X for $493.99 ($521.65 W tax. Ends 1/7)

I have recently attempted to purchase a console twice but both transactions were canceled as they were accidentally flagged as fraud by my bank. After contacting my bank to resolve the issue and attempt to re purchase the console Microsoft displays an error message reading:

"Contact us at Microsoft support. We're having trouble processing your payment, and we'd like to get it sorted out." Contacting the support line and chatbots have led to nothing, is there any way this can be fixed without removing and re adding my payment method?

If support couldn't do anything, then that would be the only option

I unfortunately have a subscription connected to my payment method, but if that is my last and only option to possibly troubleshoot then I will cancel the subscription to remove/re add my payment method.

Update: Removing and re adding my payment method doesn't appear to have worked. Meaning it's ether, an issue regarding limitation on the account for times of purchase, or a limitation on my payment method for the same issue. I'm going to see if setting up a secondary account with the same payment to check if it will go through.
