#when i want to buy a game in my xbox but the payment its rejected, someone knows what would i do?

i tried in my xbox and in my pc, but the payment method doesnt work, i quit it, and put it again but it doesnt work anyway, i tried to search the error code but it doesnt have a error code.
Unfortunately we wont be able to help with that I reccommend just going to service assitance
