#Blocked account

My accounts randomly been blocked for some no given reason and whenever I attempt to unblock it I'm consistently being told:

"This verification method isnt available"

And my phone keeps freezing after proving I'm not a robot.

Please help resolve this issue, I've just spent £200 odd quid on my xbox just for me to be unable to access my account.
