@limber fable Thanks for posting! Please remember, support here is volunteer-based and not official. Be patient after posting, and don’t spam or ask in other channels.
If your issue is about accounts, billing, contact Xbox Support directly.
If your issue is related to an Enforcement action, no one here can help.
To help us help you, make sure to answer:
- What did you try to do and what happened? (Be specific—mention your Xbox model, PC version, Insider ring, or anything relevant.)
- **What have you tried to do to fix it already? **(List everything you’ve done to fix it.)
- Have you searched the error code or for similar problems? (Tell us what you found.)
If you don’t answer these, you might not get a response.
U could try using ms rewards support page https://rewards.bing.com/support
I'll take a look at that and get back to you, thank you!
Oh it’s work, my bad !
I have news
I was able to contact Microsoft Rewards support. The money was indeed credited to my account, but when I go to the store on my Xbox, I only see my initial amount (51 euro cents). However, when I try to buy a Black Ops 7 pack, for example, it shows I have €5.51 in my Microsoft account, but there's an error with every payment.
Error code : htj98kK8L0GZ4BAH.1.10.1.2.1.23
that isn't an error code its just a referance of some kind. Contact support back and advise with a screenshot of the issue.
clearly something funky is going on with the way they had to manually add it and only support will be able to fix it.
Okay, I'll do that then and I'll keep you updated on the progress, thank you!
that fake
No, I have a photo with the code; I don't know what you're talking about.
Well, no response from Microsoft or their support, thank goodness they exist…
Isn't there anyone from the staff here who can help me?
No staff here has anything to do with ms rewards support.
Damn… so I'm stuck?
I always send an email once every few days
From the email chain that ms rewards send me
Are you opening a new ticket or replying directly to their email response?
Replying
