Gamesir G7 controller

I bought the Gamesir G7 pro controller to use for my Xbox series X but have had problems since day 1

Doesnt turn on most the time when i have tried different things like cold restart or callibrating the controller it still keeps disconnecting after like 3 minutes if being turned on

I tried a different wire as well didnt help in fact it doesnt even trun on with the other wire but this other wire when used with a normal default xbox series x controller worked fine

Idk what to do should I buy a new wire and any suggestions or any tips for me would be appreciated 😔

Gamesir g7 pro controller isn't working keeps disconnecting even with different wire and many different techniques tried almost everything and it won't work saw many videos but didnt help

does any other controller connect with the xbox? because right now, seem the issue to be the gamesir controller.

Ye I use another controller it has stick drift tho and uts wired its like a normal controller but its see through has lights inside of it but ive used the wire it came with and it works just fine and another old controller default xbox controller connects wirelessley and with cable just fine

since other controllers are working, retun the gamesir controller and get a new one.

I would but I bought from CEX and u cant return or refund it after 7 days and whats worse is im broke

Would u say its worth buying a new wire or just accepting the fact its not going to work

Bit of a late reply but went back to the shop I bought it from and it was faulty after they did proper check so I got a refund but now I dont know which controller to get but still thanks for the help
