I didn't get the error code number, and I'm on Xbox 1 s. I've tried re buying it but I only got 11$ since they charged me. Firstly I redeemed my code and got 50$
Like 20 minutes ago I still have the card I redeemed
restart console. but if it dont work contact official support as no one here can help with billing issues
check on a browser on mobile device to see if u have an active ultimate sub
Tried that I check if I have an active subscription It says I dont. So I can't even click anything to even make a report
And I can't contact anything to do so cause it says they don't have anything
In the order history it doesn't say I bought anything either
